Miscellaneous Charges for Special Services

To pay the additional / miscellaneous charges that you discussed with your sales rep, just...

1. Enter the correct amount in the "Amount to Charge" (you can type it instead of hitting "+")
2. Click the "Add to Cart" button. It should reflect the amount discussed.
3. Then enter your card info to pay like a normal order.
