Delivery Policy - Orders placed before 1pm CST on Monday through Thursday are shipped Fedex Ground the same day. So are Friday orders placed before 11am. All other orders are shipped the next business day.
Refund Policy - Consumable products are non-returnable except in the case of product defects. Brewers are non-refundable but do carry a one-year warranty. Other items may be exchanged or refunded but customer must pay return shipping and may be subject to a 15% restock fee.
