Mars Drinks is the branding name for their Flavia Drink Stations. These Single Cup Coffee / Tea / Cappuccino / Hot Chocolate beverage systems consist of the unbelievably reliable, trouble-free Flavia brewers and a variety of foil freshpacks or filterpacks, depending what they were called when you joined the Flavia / Mars / Alterra train.
Oh yes, Alterra Coffee is another name of the Mars family and encompases most of their coffee selections for the Mars Drink system. Along with the coffee line is an assortment of bright & herbal teas under the brand name of The Bright Tea Company. Then, there are a few specialty brands which everyone knows that have partnered with Mars to allow production of their recipes in freshpacks for the Mars Drinks systems.
The Mars Coffee Freshpacks are an ingenious design that contains it's own cloth filter inside which allows the coffee to drain straight from the foil pack into your cup! This means there's no messy funnel or filter to clean every night, AND there's not a single drop of contamination when you do a green tea after someone's dark roast! The bottom of the coffee pack is sealed with vegetable oil; so it's sealed in a way that's safe and works perfectly as the pack fills with piping hot H2O!
